Cancellation of Order (NOT Faulty or Incorrectly Ordered Returns)
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order without giving a reason for any item purchased on this website within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. However, we think this is not good enough and so give you 14 days. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts where the item has been unsealed
To cancel your order, please first email us to let us know of your intent. Please then package the relevant items securely and send them to us with the delivery slip so that we receive them within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used can not be accepted. The return carriage is payable by the customer, the goods should be insured as it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in its original condition. We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss whilst the items are being returned to us.
We will then authorise a full refund. Please allow a maximum of 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. If you used a credit card to make your purchase we will credit the same card number.
Free exchange of items
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you want to change your mind and exchange your order for some other products of an equivalent value then simply send us an email (see our contact information). You will be responsible for posting the items back to us, but the exchange will be free. Please take care of the products you wish to exchange as we cannot accept them if they have been opened or damaged.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because the item is defective, we will be happy to either replace the product or offer a full refund for the price you paid for the item PLUS the cost in returning it to us. However, this is important: Please first contact us to let us know so that we can arrange all necessary details.
To return an item:
Simply return the item to the address detailed below. Please remember to enclose a copy of the delivery slip. Alternatively enclose your name, address (including postcode), e-mail address or daytime telephone number. In the case of a defective product, please provide a description of the fault.
